Yes, many flowers are seasonal. For example, peonies are at their peak in late spring, while dahlias shine in late summer and fall. If your favorite bloom isn’t in season, we’ll suggest gorgeous alternatives that give you the same look, color palette, and feel.

You can! We’ll do everything possible to source the blooms you love. However, availability depends on season, weather, and market conditions. We’ll always discuss options and confirm substitutions with you if needed.

Yes! We offer delivery throughout Greencastle, Indiana, and surrounding areas. Delivery fees vary by location, and we also offer in-store pickup if you prefer to stop by.

Absolutely. Our signature gift baskets can be tailored to birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, thank-you gifts, corporate events, or “just because.” We can also design a completely custom basket based on your budget, style, and favorite items. Pre-ordering at least 48 hours ahead ensures the best selection.

* Everyday flowers: 24–48 hours is ideal, but we’ll always try to accommodate same-day orders.

* Special occasions (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, holidays): Please order 1–2 weeks in advance.

* Weddings & events: Book 6–12 months in advance.

Fresh flowers and plants are perishable, so all sales are final.

If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery—we stand by the quality of our work and will make it right.

For gift items (non-perishable), exchanges are available within 14 days with receipt.

In many cases, yes! Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before noon (based on inventory availability). After that time, we’ll schedule for the next day.

Refresh water every 1–2 days.
