While we strive for accuracy in product imagery and descriptions, actual colors, containers, and flowers may vary due to seasonal and supply availability. Substitutions will always be of equal or greater value and style.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping or delivery fees. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

We accept:

• In-store cash payments and gift cards (where applicable)

4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days for most floral and gift orders. Custom orders may require longer.

• Shipping & Local Delivery: Delivery availability is subject to geographic limits. Please provide accurate contact and delivery info—incorrect entries may result in non-delivery.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays due to weather, carrier service interruptions, or other events outside our control.
   

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Because of the perishable and personalized nature of many products:

• Fresh Florals: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of delivery. No refunds are available once the arrangement has been designed or dispatched.

• Custom Orders & Edibles: Non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Non-Perishables (retail items, gifts, etc.): May be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, if unused and in original condition.

Marketing and professional services are subject to separate terms outlined in your service agreement.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will evaluate concerns on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve them promptly.
