This Shipping & Delivery Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. OMG Osburn’s Memorable Gifts reserves the right to modify delivery zones, fees, timeframes, and carrier relationships at any time without notice.
By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this policy. Nothing in this document shall override rights granted under applicable Indiana consumer protection laws.

At OMG Osburn’s Memorable Gifts, we focus primarily on local delivery within Putnam County, Indiana, and surrounding areas. While we do not currently offer nationwide shipping on a regular basis, we may accommodate limited non-perishable gift shipments on a case-by-case basis.

If your delivery location is outside this range, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

Delivery Times
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before Insert Time, e.g., 11:00 AM EST, Monday–Saturday.

​

We do not guarantee specific delivery times but offer time window options (AM/PM).

​

Sunday delivery is available only for funerals and special events, and must be pre-arranged.

​

Delivery Fees
A delivery fee applies based on mileage and location, starting at $5.00 within Greencastle city limits.

​

Fees for extended delivery zones will be calculated at checkout or quoted individually.

Order Requirements
To ensure a smooth delivery:

Please provide accurate recipient information, including full name, address, phone number, and any gate or access codes.

If the recipient is not home, we will attempt to contact them or leave the item in a secure, weather-safe location. A re-delivery fee may apply if we are unable to complete the delivery.

Shipping (Non-Local Orders)
At this time, we only ship non-perishable items such as candles, mugs, or gift boxes. Shipping is offered:

Within the continental U.S., via USPS or UPS.

Standard delivery times: 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or quoted manually.

​

We do not ship fresh flowers or perishable items.

​

Damaged or Lost Packages
For shipped orders:

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos and order info.

Lost or stolen packages must be reported to the carrier. We will assist with claims when possible, but we are not responsible for carrier errors.
